    Terrible customer...

    Terrible customer service. Wrong information as people working there have no experience. Misleading and very expensive.Never go back there and don't recommend it to anyone.

    Terrible customer...

    Terrible customer service, in another word they are not familiar with it at all. They made a lot of mistakes for a simple purchase and barely apologized. The manager, Victor, very unprofessional and rude left me no choice but leaving the store and making the final purchase at another store. I would NOT use this merchant again neither recommend it to anyone, Save both your time and your money for somewhere that customers are respected.

    Terrible service!...

    Terrible service!!! I went in to get my contact lenses fitted. In the end, they told me that they could not give out my prescription to me and insisted that I had to buy contact lenses from them, even though the fitting cost me 35 dollars. That would not have been a problem if they didn't sell the same contact lenses found online for literally double the price. They have no people skills and work solely on making as much money off you as possible. If only there was an option for zero stars!!

    Poor service, Fal...

    Poor service, False/inaccurate information. on top of that they close down the store during business hours, so I have had to drop by multiple times in order to even get a hold of someone. I tried contacting the head office to complain, but they never returned my call as promised.
