I’ve been going to live and lift for two years. I love it. Staff are kind and helpful. Love the classes. It’s a great atmosphere. Very non-judgemental and encouraging.

The establishment is very gorgeous and well put together.The ladies who I encounter while working out are very kind. The owners and staff are another story. RUDE! they really only care about money and they steal from you whenever they can. Also, if you work at a fitness establishment, you should look like you live that lifestyle. Some of the girls do not. I will not ever go there or golds. they do not deserve business.
