The Worst Experience ever in a Shop
It was a simple repair of a gold pendant brought in on Wednesday. We were told that it would be ready by tomorrow afternoon. Turned out it was ready 8 days later. That wasn't next day, it wasn't even next week. On their home page, under their commitment, it said "If you bring in your jewellery repair no later than 10:00 a.m. Thursday, you will have it back by noon the very next day". Do they know what "commitment" means ? Would give them no star if I can.

This review has been up for over a year now , while it is unfortunate that this repair was delayed, human error will periodically show up , we perform hundreds of jewellery repairs each month and do all we can to ensure they are all completed on time and on budget . After more than 30 years in business we are proud of our service , I apologise that this particular repair was late.
