With over 10 years of education in Ayurvedic medicine (a traditional form of Hindu medicine and healthcare), including his bachelor's degree and MD, Mandeep Fingh is more than qualified in the field of traditional Indian medicine. He has the skills to offer practices, herbal remedies and medicines to tackle severe problems and vastly improve the general health and wellbeing of the community. He started the Ojus Ayurveda & Yoga Center in 2000 to put his expansive knowledge to good use with highly effective and low-impact traditional Indian methods.
"I was always interested in having a centre where all the services can be under one roof: Ayurvedic medicines, Ayurvedic consultations, yoga instruction and classes," Mandeep says. He believes that his business is a truly unique place where people in Canada can access natural methods for getting healthy and feeling better. "In Canada, I doubt if any centre is like ours, where all the services are reliable and under one roof," he notes.
