Have called several times to make an order by phone and arrange a pick up but get a voice message re. their hours of operation. The message says the phone lines are open but after several attempts have had no personnel contact. Love the variety of fabric, have enjoyed my shopping experience there BUT phone lines are never open? Please explain. L

In a time when so many great fabric stores are closing Dressew give us all hope! They have so much stock it is amazing. You can almost always find what you are looking for in the right size and colour! They are very busy so this makes shopping midday challenging. Go early if you can. A GREAT Vancouver resource for the home sewer, theatre, dance --anything! Johanna

This is thee place to go for an amazing variety of threads, zippers, cording etc./ not always finding the perfect home decor fabric though. I travel all the way from the Okanagan to shop when I have a project on the go!
