I would not likely to give even one star to this location.Very poor customer service .. nobody even bothered to ask customer if they need help... standing hours in line ... but customer service desk people did not even pay attention.Very untrained employees,they keep on asking each other questions for every little thing we ask .. seems like they are not even trained for anything.Very poor knowledge and customer service. This locations's people service is super disappointing.

Terrible service. Don't take ownership of selling faulty products. Wasted 12+ hours going back and forth with computer issues and best buy failed to take ownership of the problem. Poor customer service, not accountable for their mistakes, and made minimal effort to win me back as a customer. This company and this location did not respect my time and I did not feel valued as a customer. Avoid at all costs.

I wanted to buy a Samsung 55" TV. The sales person SP was busy with customer (1) we were second in line. SP indicated she would help us asap (no problem so far) we were customer 2. The sales rep called for help when customer 3 arrived. A technical person arrived who knew nothing about TVs or sales and could not answer any questions. The sales rep. ignored us so we left and purchased the same TV elsewhere.
