Dr Hook Towing

Did t show up for lock out sent truck to do other calls and left me stranded. Thanks

I had a big roll over accident and Henning from Dr Hook helped me get out of the car and sheltered me in his tow truck as we waited for the ambulance to come. He also took care of the towing of my vehicle. Outstanding person and company, if it wasnt for him I would be stuck in my flipped car and freezing!

Our truck fell through Lake Winnipeg and Eric and his team were able to recover it and even dried all of our belongings for us and melted all of the ice off the truck. They packed up all of our belongings in a neat pile and helped us to the car with it all and even charged our cell phones. They went above and beyond any expectation and were so pleasant and understanding and considerate to our circumstances. Exceptional service and staff!!!

Always able to help me out when I'm having car troubles. Very courteous drivers and just all around helpful. They have gone above and beyond for me. I have also used them to haul things for me to customers and they have never done a bad job, even when my customer gives the worst directions, the drivers are always professional, speedy and never damage the product.
