After a long sleepless night, I contacted Andy to look at a leaking window. Andy returned my phone call promptly and came the same day to take a look at the problem. Within 24 hours, my window was re-caulked. Andy also noticed my window latches were stripped and sourced, ordered and installed the new parts within the week. I am happy to say the rain is now staying outside. As someone who works Monday to Friday, I really appreciate Andy's schedule flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.
