On 12/01/16 I made the an error in judgement. I went to LA Nail and Spa Portland st. The guy asked what I wanted I said 28. special. As he was buffing my nails he nicked the corner it started to bleed a little. He did not clean the tool at all. When it came to pay He showed me on the calculator 43. I argued no but he did not listen then he took my 50 that was in my hand and gave me back 4. I corrected him but he turned and went out back. 9 days later finger infected / I need to have nails filled
