was having trouble with my tv called gary he gave a few suggestions i tried them and he got me up and running and called back to see how i made out now thats service thank you
If you are looking for customer service this is not the person you want. I needed a iphone charging port replaced & in doing so Gary broke a circuit to battery. He insisted he replace the battery since it would no longer hold a charge (battery always worked perfect). He is good at covering himself as he requires you to prepay 100% and sign a waiver. After several calls, I got a refund but Gary refused to put the phone back together - said I cant have my cake and eat it too. Terrible experience.

In all of our 46 years servicing electronic equipment, sometimes things just do not work out, thus your full refund.
