I took my vehicle in for a windshield repair, I was told by the receptionist/cashier it could go through insurance instead of paying out if pocket for the repair. the receptionist called my insurance company,she got a recording and was put in hold as the lines were slow, it was during the holiday season, she was on hold for over half an hour. the receptionist became irate and rude to myself and my son because she was on hold. she repeatedly told me she was not going to stay on hold much longer and that my insurance company was the worst to deal with. I suggested to her that she could leave a call back number so she could continue to serve the other customers in the shop without losing priority sequence. she rudely asked me if I was going to wait around the shop until 5 o'clock when the shop closed waiting for the insurance to call back. I again suggested that she leave her call back number, which she did and was called back within 5 minutes. my chip was repaired, I left and will never go back. I have had to replace my windshield due to the make at least 8 times, will they miss my business probably not but I did not deserve to be treated rudely due to something that was not in my control.
