I took in a suede jacket and they bleached the lemon yellow out of it and it was not even clean at the cuffs. I am tempted to take them to small claims court. Do not use these people!

I’ve been here a couple of times, and I’ve experienced poor customer service each time. With my last visit, the debit machine kept timing out, the clerk realized that the manager was on their only phone line. The clerk asked the manager to get off the phone, so I could pay for my transaction, the manager made no attempt to get off the phone, and I had to wait 5 minutes for him to do so. The clerk was apologetic for the delay, but the manager made no attempt to apologize or for any wrong doing.

Terrible service - would NOT recommend

Took forever to clean a dress only to return it dirty. No customer service skills or consideration for the customer. Don't bring your cleaning here!
