We have used Plumtech repeatedly and they are promt, good to deal with and do an excellent job. They have gone well over what is expected in terms of service.

My tenant reported it still leaked to ceiling hours after Plumbtech adjusted the shower tap and declared all was fixed. I contacted the plumber, he then suspected tiles but refused to follow up as tiles were not his job. Future restoring the hole he opened on the ceiling for checking would not be his job neither. It was deemed as fixed by Plumbtech, sending me $300 bill for remaining leak and a hole. Another company fixed it several days later, mentioned seeing repair sealant on wrong place.

I would Just Like to Say That I Had an excellent service and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I utilized the services of Plumbtec last fall when my effluent pump in my septic tank stopped working after 20 years. The technician did an excellent job and installed a high quality replacement pump that hopefully should last another 20 years. I was very pleased with the service I received and the cost was reasonable.

My neighbour had a flood from a faulty sump pump this spring. I called Plumbtec Plumbing to get advice about avoiding this disaster. They recommended a back up pump which I had them installed for piece of mind. They were fast, clean and friendly. Thank you!

I recently used Plumbtech for a renovation. The plumber and his helper were both very professional and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me the completed job to ensure everything was done that was on my list.

Poor service

After 5 hrs spent on installing a dishwasher, reconnecting a fridge plumb line, installing a new faucet, & plumbing a new sink for a new kitchen , a leak occurred, causing over $10,000 in water damage. This was determined to be from a faulty connection of the water line to the fridge. Your plumber denied any responsibility & I ended up even being charged for another service call!!. I will not use you people again .

Plumtech plumbing were always quick to respond to any call. They were very efficient and honest.

Be aware of this company. Very Bad Service. Last Friday a technician came with a bad working attitude. My wife gave him a brand new sealed box of UV filter and after he done the installation he told my wife the filter is missing a ballast and lamp connector so the filter is not working at all. They wrongfully installed UV filter prior to the water softener. The tech told me he talked to the manufacturer they said it's correct, my wife then call the manufacturer and they told her that's wrong.

We had Plumbtech in recently to install two new toilets and a new vanity. The young men were on time, very polite and did a great job. They explained what they were doing and they cleaned up after the job was done. We would recommend them to any of our friends and family!

Pleasant, professional and tidy. Plumbtech has been doing our service work since 1991. We manage a student residence complex and a condominium corporation, so we have called them a lot over the years. They have always been there to respond promptly and we regularly refer them whenever a condo owner has a plumbing need in their own suite. No one is perfect, so on the very rare occasion something is not 100%, a quick call gets it fixed right away. Best customer service...EVER!

I would not recommend these plumbers to anyone. Came in for a basic kitchen sink hook up. Roughed in the plumbing, the hot and cold and a drain. Got the slope of the drain pipe wrong, which wouldn't have been a big deal if he caught it before the cabinets were installed. The second guy that came in for the final plumbing hook-up had to redo the first guys work, after the cabinets had already been installed. Big 3" hole I'm brand new cabinets. Not impressed. Be leary of these guys

Friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. We had a previous plumber in and he just left a big mess and we still had a leak. Plumbtech guy saw the problem immediately, fixed it and repaired some of the mess the other plumber left behind.
