The food was AMAZING!!! The place was packed!! And people were lining up for take
out!!
A few problems though:
1) Portions were way too small
2) The food took WAAAAY too long to be cooked. It seemed as though there were only two guys working there and that they were taking turns cooking the food, bringing out food to people, refilling peoples' drinks, processing payment transactions and then taking care of the take-out customers.
3) The food was brought out to us one dish at a time with long spaces btwn everything from when we got our appetizers to our drinks to the main course...WAY too drawn out. And it wasn't just us who were moaning and growning about the wait ---- EVERYONE looked grumpy and impatient.
BUT I have to admit that the food was AMAZING!!! Also there was a diverse crowd eating there from everyone to East Asians, South Asians, Blacks to Whites -- so you know it's gonna be good!!!
Hire more staff and you'd be the perfect restaurant Thai Pepper!!!!

My wife and I order take out at least once every two months and we always enjoy it. We have eaten there as well and I will say that it can be slow as there is usually only one guy working. The food is always good unlike Sahla Thai!
