Daniel's No Frills

I have been shopping here for close to 2 years. I have observed improvements in Customer Service and the quality and variety of their produce which are important to me. Having shopped at other No Frills in the GTA region that are bigger and cater to a more diverse ethnic population, I can't complain too much about the lack of variety in their dry goods. I like that No Frills provides price matching and rainchecks. My rating is really 3 1/2 stars but there is no 1/2 star available.

This store is as good as any other grocery store but sometimes don't always have the product because they are a busy store I guess. I like this store and it is close to me

The customer service at this store just goes from bad to worse. Yes, we understand it’s Covid 19 protocol- no, it doesn’t mean we wish to be patronised and subjected to dismissive staff. It’s not the first time- bring back some customer service training or look at your staff recruitment. Not what I’ve come to expect from this store.

Nice staffs except for one.Dont know her name she is an elderly skinny lady and she is always very rude to us and today it was the 4th time we never argue or say anything to her but she is always after us one time she scanned an item twice but actually we bought only one and today she interferred us saying you cant buy 8 bags of rice which we had already asked to another staff for confirmation.She treated like we are taking the stuffs for free and stealing away.I decided not to shop here anymore

This store is allowing far too many people in at a time, making it very difficult to enforce distancing practices. They are only supposed to allow one person per household, however, there were many couples as well as groups of three, making for a very crowded store. The staff simply shrugged it off when I reported it. This is an abominable practice during these difficult times when everyone is trying to do their part to adhere to distancing directives.

4/7/2020 I was in No Frills, yesterday, April 6th. The ladies who work the cash are all so lovely. I was in the 1 to 16 isle and lady was very pleasant. There was a staff member working at serve yourself out. The lady has solid white hair and I was saying to the lady serving me that the numbers had gone done to 311 from 460 relating to the virus and lets hope they they keep going down. She stuck her head in and said Do you not read the news really in a rude way we are in this for a full 2 y
