    I purchased a 5 year old vehicle for $12,000. The engine seized 9 days after purchase and cannot be repaired. The dealership will not assist.

    Steer clear of this one. Tried to add on an extra 1300 dollars to the sale price for no reason at all. We were treated like an inconvenience the whole time. Loved the car, price was reasonable too bad they suck at customer service!

    I had my Escape into March Ford for an oil change on 03/06/18. When I got home I reviewed the Vehicle Report Card & noted that the next oil change was due at 80,053 km. Since my vehicle had 100,000+ km I checked the oil level. The oil level barely showed on the dipstick! I had to add 1 litre of oil to bring the level up to the required level. They can not even do a simple oil change. How well would they do a brake repair. NOT RECOMMENDED.
