    My husband and I bought a Whirlpool dishwasher after years of purchasing Kenmore dishwashers. We paid more and expected better quality. The upper basket’s rollers broke and we are unable to use the dishwasher. It was purchased in January of 2020. If we want satisfaction we have to pay $300.00 or a little over $29.00 a month for another year warranty. We don’t have that as we are on a fixed income. Not happy with the lack of integrity.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.No one in the Chatham store knows what they are doing I have had phone calls for pick up and phone calls for delivery for items that they already. picked up a month ago Im so tired of trying to talk to these people.It was a fight to get my money back for the item nothing but bull crap when you try to speak with the manager he doesnt know what he is talking about, He doesnt even trust the people he hired to pick up the damn stove .

    Dealing with Futu...

    Dealing with Futureshop and the Geek Squad was a terrible experience. After spending over $4,000 on a new smart tv with accessories, the Geek Squad did not show up on the appointed date to set it up. No phone call, no email, nothing. I had to track them down to find out what happened. I ended up speaking to 3 different people, they all gave me a different excuse. Eventually they told me that the tv was not even in the store yet!
