Northumberland Mall

Great if you want to get mugged but nothing of value remains. There's a run down dirty theatre, a Scotiabank (only useful spot left) & an overpriced understaffed grocery store. Mall lighting is almost nonexistent, very dark even in broad daylight. No working security cameras and only 1 "guard" who's nothing more than a thug in a dirty old uniform who goes out of his way to harass and threaten the few paying customers who come in the place.
