Worst insurance company ever!!!. Their services are mostly TBD - you never know how much you will be getting back. Employees don't have a clue what they are doing. Keep loosing papers. Fax is hit-and-miss. Automated system is garbage as it is not capable of recognizing many codes. Their website is terrible and nonsensical and horrible to navigate - when it works. Their only goal is to make as much $$$ as fast as possible on your expense. STAY AWAY! RUN!

Health insurance provider that seems to be trying to squeeze as much as they can out of their clients. Users have difficulty getting reimbursement and their help desk (if you can reach them) are uncaring and unhelpful.
