Disappointed is too kind of a word for this organization. Their service is HORRIBLE, follow through is NON- EXISTENT, they are NOT truthful, their quality is poor, the shirts I received still need ironed, and they cannot be trusted. They will hold your other goods hostage until they extract payment and not reimburse you for damaged and destroyed goods. This is the first time using this organization. The drop off/pick up place is just an extension of the poor service and forked tongue.
