The store is good however the pharmacy is the actual worst. The pharmacist will mess up then gaslight you & your doctors. Far from professional. I recommended the Cataraqui centre location instead.

HORRIBLE! Repeated extra charges no explanation or apology although eventually removed after arguing with staff so they understand. Gave my prescription to someone else, kept accusing me of taking until they reviewed video footage and saw their staff giving to another customer and the list goes on. Fraudulent and dangerous is my best description of this business, avoid like the plague.

Excellent and empathetic service. Always available to answer a question or solve a problem. Courteous staff.
