I have used Dr. Catt and her Kirkland Lake Clinic for over 20 years with all my pets. I am extremely pleased with her kindness and attention to my animals. Everything was explained and all questions were answered. Her staff is very kind and well educated too. Her first priority is always the animal. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated vet in our town.

When you turn away someone whos dog has been in the frozen water for 45 minutes after falling through ice, theres a serious issue with the clinic! Ambulatory cases are just that!

We chose this clinic with our new pup. Service has been wonderful and Dr.Catt has answered every question we had. She is patient and gentle. Her staff has followed up after every visit to see how our little guy is doing.

The day that I had to bring my pet for a minor issue, I had a serious medical issue happen with myself. I was rushed to the hospital and into OR for emergency surgery. A week later I get a bill from this Doctor for $25 because I didn’t cancel my appointment for my pet! Well sorry I actually almost died. So I called the clinic and told them what happened, for three months they harassed me with interest on the bill,even put me in collections. $25! That’s all she got. STAY AWAY! Horrible experience
