Shoppers Drug Mart

I have finally made the decision to leave this pharmacy. I have lost count of the number of errors they have made over the years. There is a woman who works in the pharmacy who is consistently rude to customers for absolutely no reason. She turns regular interactions into hostile experiences. Pharmacies should recognize that many people who are coming to them may be in a more vulnerable situation than usual and a little bit of courtesy would be appropriate. The pharmacists are reasonable.

I have no issue with this pharmacy. They are proactive and always ready. They do medicine reviews annually and help with any question I ask. I like them all.

Pharmacy is disappointing. Tell you they will call when prescriptions are ready and don’t, tell you it will be a 15 min wait and it turns into 30. The service is poor but so close to my house when i am sick I don’t want to drive further. There is a new pharmacy right across the street i may try.

I'm in the same boat, too close to change Pharmacies and the service is awful, they never have my prescriptions ready and they fax the wrong locations to refill my medications. I wouldn't complain but this is an every day problem. You would think the longer you go, you would get better service but I should've stayed on 215 King street location. Worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Never has prescriptions ready. Unfriendly. Argues with everything even when they are wrong. I return thinking it's a one off but it's every single time. Don't not go there.

VERY frustrating service from pharmacy staff! If I weren't so close to this pharmacy, I'd choose another!
