Excellent Service,Knowledgable Staff

My husband & I have dealt with Ron Kraft Auto for the past several years. I have always been treated special when visiting their garage. Rob & Diana spent time with me explaining the problem I am having with my vehicle and have always been able to help me with professional advice and expert service

so not happy!!

I took my car here for my tires to be changed...THEY broke a piece...charged me for 4 new pieces (when I only needed one because they broke it) and an hour labor. The total bill was $125 more expensive and they didn't even call to tell me that they would charge me for their error. They just expected me to pay it when I picked up the car! I am so angry!!!
