Mike and his team were great to work with. We hired them to do a large cutout in a supporting wall for us. While we hit some snags through the process and it took longer than anticipated, the finished product is beautiful, and everything was done thoroughly. Price wise, MDS is very reasonable, Mike and team are very easy to work with, and they have a great eye for design. When we were unsure of a design decision, they gave great input. Will definitely hire again!

Mike and his team were very slow at completing the work specified on the contract. He was very unreliable at returning texts and phone calls. Mike assured me he would fix a closest door he originally installed, however he did not and continuously gave excuses on why he could not come. After the second excuse he didn’t bother to show or answer a text/phone call.

I would highly recommend Mike and his team. I have hired them three times now for my bathroom, kitchen and a new patio door. They are professional, courteous and show attention to detail. If there is a problem, they make it right. Very happy with the work.

In 2016, I hired MDS to renovate 2 bathrooms. I was very impressed with their professional attitude. Workmanship was excellent. They were very reliable. I was so pleased with the results that I hired MDS again in 2019 to renovate another bathroom and a kitchen. MDS exceeded my expectations on both jobs. I just love my new bathrooms and kitchen. Didn't do a good job. The tiles weren't even "back buttered" and started to pop up shortly after the work was done. I would never hire these guys again to do anything.

We hired MDS in August 2014 as we had a very expensive basement leak which the previous contractor gutted our finished basement leaving a cold and ugly mess, Mike and Matt restored our basement and exceeded our expectations with how it turned out. we were left with a very limited budget,MDS was very competitive professional and courteous and even repaired a couple of additional holes in the walls we are extremely pleased with the work performed by MDS and would recommend them without hesitation.

May 2013 Bathroom Renovation

I hired MDS to complete a bathroom renovation. They provided a very detailed quote and answered all of my questions honestly and straight forward. They finished in less time and came in on budget. I was very impressed that although there were a few unforeseen problems with the bathroom, they never charged for the extra expenses. I found MDS to be very professional, quick to respond and comparatively priced. The finished bathroom is beautiful, exactly what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend them.
