They do not serve customers that park at their curbside parking spot. I called the number listed on the curbside pick up sign, no one answers the phone. Waited for 20 minutes on the phone. Staff kept looking at me by the front door. They did not answer the phone. If Staples do not want their customers to pick up their online orders using curbside pickup please don't say that you offer such service. I eventually went into the store to pick up my online order and was served immediately.

The printing center is so bad. There were 3 people and I stood there waiting for them for a good 5 minutes. They all see me but continued on with their conversation. It was very easy to tell the customer that they will be right with me. I got charged for express printing when I was printing 6 large pages. She never once told me there was this fee. What if I was printing 1 sheet? That does not make any sense. The customer service is so bad there.

No customer service here, and don’t come back for any business

The print centre is awful - staff is slow, unprofessional. To scan a document (that was 3 pages long), I had to wait 45 mins.

All staff who served us from purchase of laptop to installation were knowledgeable and professional
