Mighty Movers
My mom and I booked Mighty Movers to move us on the August Long Weekend 2012 .. This was a horrible experience! .. They signed a contract saying they HAD to move 2 loads for us.. soo the first load was done and the movers told us they were going to get something to eat (it was very hot that day so we said that was fine obviously) They told us we had to pay for the first load and then when they came back we'd pay for the second load.. and they never came back. We called numerous times and nobody would answer .. we called the office and we left messages to call us back and NOTHING. I then called from my work phone (which is a private number) and I left a message .. the lady called back and I was at lunch so then i returned the phonecall and left ANOTHER message to call me back .. and NOTHING .. do they have business?? because if they are not answering back messages how is anyone able to book them to move?? I think this is discusting .. It was just my mom and I moving .. how can you just leave 2 ladies to move all the appliances themselves?? Half of the appliances are still at the house .. good thing we have a little bit of time and didn't have to be out that day! .. I would NOT tell anyone to go to this company I think there pathetic!
