I've come to this salon when it was still Paradise Beauty Spa. To be honest I didn't really like the experience. When I heard that they changed new owners I decided to come again. I'm really glad they changed owners, because the service is so great now, and the staff are so friendly and they do an excellent job with my nails. It is so much more cleaner now too. I really recommend this salon

Hi I came in and was not satisfied at all. I was not happy with the work or my nails and I'm being honest. I would never return or decommmend this place. I found the customer service very poor. They did not offer a solution to the problem and I gave them a second chance but they did not deliver. They also charged me two different amounts for the same thing on two different occasions. Save your money and time and find another place.

I would definitely recommend this salon, the service is great, the staff is so nice and friendly, it's also very clean. The prices are pretty good too. I especially love the way that they did my nails, overall it was an excellent experience.

I've been coming to this nail salon for a few years since it opened and with the recent new owners it's really gone downhill service wise. Went there yesterday and was very disappointed after I asked for a manicure and full gel set. Tracy always does a great job with the nails however for the manicure part she only cut out the excess cuticle and nothing else (excluded the usual hot towel, lotion, cuticle oil and didn't push back cuticles either). My mom and sister stopped coming here last monh

I was not satisfied with my experience and the high costs of this salon. The lady did not know english well so I had trouble communicating with her. Even though the interiors were super clean and pretty, it all comes down to the service and the end result
