Centron Self Storage - North York

I had a great experience dealing with Pierre from Centron today. He was extremely helpful and his customer service was excellent. I needed to change units and arrived 40 minutes before closing. Pierre was understanding and did not push me to hurry up. Instead, he prepared all the paperwork, made sure i was satisfied with the new unit and was glad i was happy. Well done!

Extremely disappointing

My access is 24/7, but two times now my codes have not worked. There’s no customer service in the evening so you won’t get help until the next morning. The CS is unhelpful when you do reach them. I have been told that my codes should have worked and that it’s not their fault that I did not notify them of my arrival. My contract does not specify that I have to call them beforehand. This ‘blame the customer’ mentality is unacceptable. I will not be using them again and do not recommend.

Had an awesome experience at Centron storage chesswood location in North York. Centron Storage Staff was kind and care about your needs. I have few units at chesswood location and the site is well heated, clean and well kept all year long! I would recommend anyone who wants to store at Centron chesswood drive location just because of Excellent Value. Great Savings. I would give 5 stars for Centron Storage. Good Job. Great Storage Place

I used a storage unit a Centron while my house was under renovation. The service was fantastic! Being a first time user I had lots of questions the office staff were knowledgeable and got me the perfect unit for a great price. My storage unit was easy to access and the location was very clean. They even gave me Free van to move my things.

I called Centron ...

I called Centron storage - North York location regarding their units. I spoke to Marissa, who was very rude. She has terrible phone manners, would not give me the name of the manager and told me to shop else where. I was a potential longterm customer who will never recommend this place. To top it all off she hung up on me. So very disappointed in their customer service skills and rude staff.

The Best Self Storage Experience

Centron's staff are excellent! The service and the storage centre are by far above the rest. I needed to store my belongings waiting for my new house to close. The facility is beautifully kept and very secure.
