North York Roofing installed a new roof in Summer, 2008. Workers threw cigarette butts in surrounding garden. In 2009, raccoons found their way into attic; North York Roofing claimed that was not their responsibility. In Summer, 2011, heavy rain came through roof and crashed part of ceiling to ground. In May, 2017, heavy rain came through kitchen ceiling 5 times. Shingles flew off over the years, and Sheridan made us pay for their replacement - so much for his "guarantee". Water seeped into kitc
