quality of work about average, poor communication they won't listen to the customer their price is above normal, rough customer service, john can be occasionally disrespectful and does not appreciate the business
I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.
Took my Jeep for a routine oil change. After, my check engine light came on.The Jeep was sluggish and would go into limp mode. John said he turned the ECO on under hood. Thats not possible. He could not figure out what the computer code was. I googled it and it was wrong oil filter. He denied it and said my sensor was faulty. Eventually took it to jeep expert shop. it was the wrong oil filter which by then cracked the oil pump, $1500 later, no more engine light, no more limp mode.
