Poor Service! NO Recommended at all! Irresponsable, Dishonest and Kindless. They don���t know how to treat a client.

Parts ordered before problem diagnosed. Part ordered from U.S. @ $130. Cdn. I purchased, picked up,& delivered same part (from manufacturers Ont. distributed) to “Red’s”(I paid $50 Cdn.). Notified “bike is ready”, Quoted final cost, almost $300. more than quoted. Bike NOT cleaned, new rear brake line installed, NOT tightened, fluid bled out, NO REAR BRAKES ! Carb. freshened, NOT tightened ! A few chrome fasteners & fuel lines (were there) NOT reinstalled. I have over 30 yrs building “H-D’s”

This place is now Reds Motorcycles. Red is a great mechanic. I know him from Barrie ... he is meticulous, thorough but practical. He is one of the few mechanics that still know how to work on a Buell. I have an 1125 CR. He was quick to maintain and fix my bike and always made sure I was happy with what I got.

Steve is a fair guy who treats his customers right! Will be back!
