Had an appointment booked at Brides by Tara. When we arrived we were told we needed to wait... waited almost 20 minutes then started looking at dresses alone because we still hadn’t been helped yet. While we were there they were accepting walk ins. We started trying on dresses on our own because we were still being ignored. Eventually someone came over to help us 45 minutes after our appointment “started”. Bad customer service.. We were extremely disappointed after being to other bridal stores

Had an amazing experience at this store. The consultants were so friendly and helped me every step of the way. I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on. A day I will remember <3

Excellent customer service! The alterations are exceptional and very reasonably priced....as they are very qualified dressmakers. I did check out other places that were more expensive in dress prices and alterations and found them to be very competitive. Thank you for making my big day amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Brides by Tara will sell you a wedding gown at a fair price....but then she'll over charge you with alterations..go somewhere else..

AWFUL SERVICE IF I COULD GIVE A NO STAR I WOULD

Service is terrible after you buy the dress, like comments below they only care about the money and could care less how the dress turns out. I got my dress and later found out it was not altered as I asked, only hemmed. I was supposed to get it smaller because it was too big, day of my prom it was not small enough and sagged! Would highly not recommend going here and if you do I would get alterations elsewhere where you know you know the work will get done also have great service!

DONT GET ALTERATIONS DONE HERE! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY

Went in five times for alterations and my dress was never done. Returned the day before my prom and it still was not finished I had to sit and wait. They recommended I come pick it up the morning of my prom.. money hungry, once you pay they could care less what happens with your dress! 10 minutes into my prom the bra keepers they had sewin in fell off and the hem line was a mess!.. would not recommend.

Go somewhere else for alterations

Started out positive, but... 1)Dresses came months late 2)One was the wrong size (altered part for free) 3)One dress never got finished (said it was impossible) Grandma had to fix it a week before wedding (were able to, alterations were a waste of money) 4)My dress was finished 2 days before (it wasn't complete) Huge problems in the entire process, wasn't even done when I went to pick it up. The dress sagged off of me on my wedding day, I was really embarrassed (It shows in my pictures)

What a nightmare ...

What a nightmare of a store. Horrible quality and service. Once they have your money they want nothing to do with you. Alterations on all dresses we bought including my wedding dress looked like they where dine by a three year old. One dress when we picked it up had a huge stain on it. And all the dresses had not been steamed and therefore cost us additional money to have them steamed so we could wear them. My advice to anyone is don't waste your time walking through the doors of this joke shop

Brides by Tara: an exceptional experience

My wedding day will always be a special memory, and I am glad to say that the my experience at Brides by Tara was exceptional. I was very happy with my gown, the alterations, and the dresses from my bridesmaids. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!
