5 ?'s, for Barb (customer service) and Richard (front store manager), for being there on my behalf today, and thanks ever so much for both your understanding. Georgina, I don't deserve it, nor does any other customer, deserve to be the brunt of any negative feelings you may have against your other co-workers; it's no one else's problem. You also know a little bit about me, and so with that, you also know that I have no inappropriate intentions, and I don't appreciate being treated like I do.
