I have left a message on customer service. No return I have called and just left on hold. I have called and it just rings. Whatever happened to customer service. I have bought a laptop and cash register and have had bad experiences for both.
drove there 3 times because they told me on the phone that they had the product I was looking for I guess my own fault for wasting time to drive there 2 more times after the first 1 you more educated tech people.
I live about 30 minutes from the store and wanted to find out about a few products and services to see if they were able to help me out. I don't want to drive all that way to find out it was a wasted trip. So, I called the phone number during regular store hours. It goes straight to an automated message giving the location and store hours...and then says goodbye and hangs up on the customer. There is no way possible to talk to anyone at the store at all. Not sure if the manager is aware or not, and I have no way to tell him unless I physically go there.,,.sigh. The phone number is basically useless and a total waste of time calling if you want to find out information. The store I'm sure does well, but imagine how much business you are losing?
