Worst service and...

Worst service and food ever! I would never ever eat here again. Food arrived cold, delivery was extremely late, and everything was soggy. Egg rolls were torn apart from grease. $60 for a dinner for 3. When I called to complain I got yelled at!? Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! McDonald's is 10 times better

Maybe a one off bad expereince? maybe not?

Both my girlfriend and i wanted to try a nice Chinese dinner tonight so we ordered delivery from C And Y Chopsticks. Just a small dinner that we were told it would take 45 minutes....an hour and 10 minutes later we called to see what the deal was? We were informed the delivery man had left 10 minutes ago....25 minutes later we called again, we were told the driver would be contacted. At this point we are hungry and starting to get cranky waiting for our food. The lady from the restaurant calls back and says the driver was having car problems, and would be here right away/our delivery fee would be waived. Now the funny thing to me about this is, when the driver showed up, his car was PERFECT, an excuse i am sure as to save face, so now our food is FINALLY HERE and the driver doesn't bring the credit card machine. So he makes us call the store to pay over the phone, which was completely poor customer service. Now we finally get to eat our meal which i am sure at some point would have tasted great, but is now cold, the rice was dry, and the whole meal was just a disaster due to the lengthy wait from time cooked to time arrived. I will never be ordering delivery from this establishment again.
