Glengarry Outhouses

We had a unit from Glengarry Outhouses for our wedding in 2016. I was beyond impressed with their level of service. The unit showed up 4 days before the wedding, they took care of all the hook ups necessary (electrical) and the units were very clean. I was very impressed with the overall level of service from booking the outhouse to when the rental was dropped off and picked up. I will certainly be getting Glengarry Outhouses in the future.

Very poor customer treatment

In short, Glengarry Outhouses were extremely disrespectful to myself and my family when I hired them in August 2013 for my wedding. The trailer they delivered was beautiful (we rented the "deluxe" version), but it was delivered with dirty toilets that we had to clean. During delivery, the business owner also sped across our lawn and dug-up the area were the wedding ceremony was to take place. The business owner also used profanity in anger when speaking to me, as I had apparently not warned him that there were trees on our property (what property of several acres does not have trees..?). It was extremely disrespectful. Finally, upon notifying the business of the poor customer service, I received no reply (however, they cashed my cheque that accompanied the letter). This leads me to believe that this is their standard way of operating. While their rentals are in very good condition (once you clean them yourself) we weary of dealing with these people.
