Metro did an excellent job replacing a front bumper on my car. I was given a car to use while mine was in the shop for the morning which was greatly appreciated as I did not expect that. The service was excellent from beginning to end and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Great Place, very professional and friendly people.

Had to go back two times for them to fix my bumper, A simple scratch that would take only 20 minutes to fix, ended up taking a day and half. Also had to replace switch panel lights and mixed up the color (was orange, now blue), when I brought it back they told me they don't touch electrical and made me feel like I was not a respect costumer, telling me i did this for cheap and that they are to busy for me, Had to fight them to fix it when I already paid (Cash Deal). I would never recommend this

Windsor Honda sent my car there for rust warranty work, because Metro gave them a very cheap rate. 3 visits later, the repairs still weren't completed. The following also occurred while my car was at Metro: 1. Circular dent on my car, 2. Paint all over the top edge of my bumper because they didn't take time to drop the bumper, 3. Paint on my tail light because they didn't remove it before doing the paintwork, 4. They didn't sand the area each time they repainted, and exceeded industry limits
