    Flight confirmation issue fixed

    My confirmation email did not receive within the 30-minute timeframe. I waited a few more hours and still it was not in my inbox. So I called their number and informed them about the issue. Shortly after, the confirmation email finally arrived.

    Resolved problems

    Apparently, my credit card was not accepted by the system. However, after checking, it shows that the payment was already deducted from my balance. I called them and the issue was immediately fixed.

    Fast booking

    You will be surprised to see how fast the travel agent books your flight. Instead of using their website for booking, i opted to ask help from their agents. The agent was able to search for flights, select the best deal for me, and do the entire booking process (payment and confirmation) in less than 18 minutes!!

    Stable prices

    What I like about JustFly is how their prices don't experience crazy changes. What I mean by this is that even after a few days, the prices remain the same, or if there are any changes it's not that huge. This is great if you have already found a fair priced ticket but not yet sure if you would like to book on that day.
