TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I went to this td branch to try and replace my debit card. I had my wallet stolen and had now valid photo ID left but still had expired ID and many other forms of government issued Id with me. First the teller told me I had a the information on my account wrong, and proceeded to tell me that she would not help in any way (even though I was able to prove all current activity on the account). After I asked to speak with someone else she said her manager refused to help. I felt humiliated

In the winter of 2014, snow was not cleaned at the entrance to TD Canada Trust extending to the side of the building at de Maisonneuve, West. I requested the TD Canada Trust Bank Manager to have it cleaned to make it safe and easy for bank customets entering and leaving. I was told that TD Canada Trust has no say in the matter. The owner of the building will only clean the side of the building on Greene Avenue. I very much hope that during this winter, the snow will be cleaned. Stephe Chin
