Karl's Appliance Repair Service

Worst experience ever! Karl came to fix the bottom lights on an over the range microwave for my mom. The microwave itself was fully functional when he arrived. An hour later nothing worked. He claimed it was one of two circuit boards which would need replacement. The cheap one was $450 and if it needed the expensive one it would be over $800! I called Kitchenaid. One is $69 and the other is $190. 100% incompetent and dishonest. Now they won’t even return my calls. Brutal.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This out of town senior with a two year old Maytag washer with a useless five year warranty from Sears made countless calls for service. Thanks to a recommendation for Karl’s found him to be a technician that exceeded all expectations of what an appliance technician should be. Karl was professional, efficient and knowledgeable, many calls also had me find his diagnostic/out of town mileage not only incredibly fair was one not offered by any of the companies I called. Ten Stars sevice!

Very bad communication, never return messages left , machine not repaired properly, I had to refit the back of the machine as it wasn’t fitted properly ! Do not use these people
