What a great guy! Helped me check things on the phone before coming out. He made sure he had most parts that might need replacing after we spoke. Very reasonable service call and labour charges. Will call upon him again if the need arises. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!

When telephoned he advised that he could not come immediately, but would come at the end of his business day. He arrived promptly, viewed the fridge, advised the problem, advised that he no longer repaired this type of problem with fridges. He was unable to advise us as to who could correct this issue for us. He was efficient, prompt, tidy, and courteous. I would recommend Chargen to anyone that required repair of fridges, dishwashers etc.

We live in a remote location where no one wanted to come and repair our washing machine. I got a hold of Scott and he came to our location. He saw the problem right away and ordered the part. The very next day he was back up and repaired our washing machine. He was quick, honest, and very helpful. We will highly recommend Scotts Appliance Repair to all our friends and family. We thought we had to buy a new dishwasher ... After the installation of a granite counter top, side mount screws were used to replace the top mount screw to re secure the dishwasher. This distorted its frame, the door did not close properly, and we experienced off-and-on starting problems which we thought to be caused by its electronics. Tony recognized the problem, removed the side mount screws, - and saved us a lot of money! Very professional approach, we would recommend him anytime!
