Thank you Anna for your tremendous service! Always taking care of me .... I always get my nails (shellac) , pedicure, eyebrows threaded and a monthly massage. This time I had my hair done (balayage) . She really did take care of me till I was satisfied. 10 years of great service and friendship. I will always refer family and friends to her! she did my nails very pretty. her home environment was very welcoming with her respectful kids. she was very professional throughout the process and got the job done better than most of the nail shops I have been to before. WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING!

I had the best experience ever, Tommy started my pedicure with a very relaxing foot massage and ended it with a nice hot stone massage. After Stephenie came and put my shellac on, she is so careful and you can tell how skilled and professional she is. Would definitely keep coming back and recommend this to all my friends.

I went to Merle Norman; East Village today for a pedicure after doing 2 weeks of research on the internet to find a suitable salon that is clean and friendly....Jenny and my esthetician Jessie were both friendly and attentive. I think I have found my new pedicure home.

Jack's Nails & Spa in the new DISTRICT 14th Street NE is EXCEPTIONAL!!! Excellent service, the staff go above and beyond to please their customers! I will never go anywhere else to get my nails, waxing and eyelash extensions done except JACK's in the District! They also do PERMANENT makeup and it is the best work I have ever seen, I got my eyebrowns done and they look beyond real, better than I could of ever imagined! Jack's is the best!
