Very good service and extremely professional. I was quite impressed with the modern equipment used. Dr. Brett Puttaert made me feel confident throughout the process. My trifocals are the clearest prescription I’ve ever had and for the first time I can read small print on my iPhone without having to remove my glasses. They double checked the measurements and they are spot on. Highly recommend them.

I went in as a walk in patient. Not only were the staff extremely friendly I felt welcomed and well informed all the way through my visit. Nothing felt rushed or ignored, I was able to talk with the Dr. about my health conditions and how they may possibly effect my vision, eye health and ability to wear contacts. Definitely will continue going here instead of elsewhere.

Excellent eye doctor, unfortunately she has incompetent receptionists working for her. Won't go back to see her because of the receptionists poor customer service.

My family has been going to Transcona optical for over 20 years. Always friendly, kind, knowledgeable staff. I've never had to wait long. Overall great service, have never been disappointed.

Two people needed appointments on the same day. The staff was very accommodating. We were taken in time and all the tests we expected were given. Each appointment was a hour in length. Dr. Bayer explained all the results and was very patient with our questions. We will definitely recommend this optometrist and her clinic.
