Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone.

If I could give more stars I would. Darren was extremely professional, and above all, honest. He literally saved me over $800. I WILL recommend him above any others because of the quality and amazing customer service. I am simply grateful and impressed with the entire interaction. Called and they came out. The guy they sent (I can’t remember his name) was efficient and very pleasant. The other reviews say they are very expensive, I found them to be reasonable. You can’t get something for nothing. I’m very pleased with the work that was done.

My garage cable was disconnected and I called this company, I spoke with a guy named Chad, the same day he sent his installers. I changed my my mind and I would rather replace the door and he patiently dealt with me even though I’m all over the place,. He did his best to order the door that I want, and the following day I have a beautiful new garage door. The people who installed my door were amazing as well. I recommend these people.

We needed to get our 2 single doors replaced. We received 3 quotes including Pat and he came out as the best choice economically (by a large margin). I was concerned about the headroom issues in the old 1960 Garage, he explained everything that could be done very clearly and detailed what he was going to do prior to commencing work. The job came out great, very happy with both the product and the install quality. No surprises when the invoice came in either. Hard working and honest company.
