I was in a hurry to buy a mobile phone for use at a conference on May 23. Jay helped me to set up my new mobile phone efficiently and accurately. He responded well to all my questions. I purchased an expandable pencil case in person at this store two months ago. Today, I called and asked if I could pay by credit card over the phone and have them mail another pencil case to me. They couldn't take payment over the phone but were willing to hold the pencil case until I can mail them a cheque. The person I dealt with (the son of the owners) was utterly pleasant throughout.
