I had driven by this downtown georgetown pub many times without even noticing it was there, so when a friend suggested we go in for a few beers, I was surprised that I hadn't heard of this place before! The beer list was mostly new to my eyes. They offer a huge selection of local microbreweries, which are surprisingly delicious! We ordered the fish and chips as we sipped on beer that had been brewed no more than 40 km from where we were sitting. The food took a bit of time, but this is definitely no fast food restaurant.... The fish, which we were told was freshly beer battered in the kitchen, was the best we'd ever tried. This would not be my last visit. After coming in for the past year, I've noticed that this pub is at times understaffed, service can be delayed due to volume, but this is also a place to come and take your time. Don't come in expecting to have a quick meal in time to make a movie...This pub was created for people to come in and forget about the hustle bustle of their day to day lives! Lire plus

Probably the best pub food in Guelph. Have eaten their so many times, never been dissapointed. Their menu is huge, and filled with all the pub food you can think of. Service is usually OK. It is a sit yourself bar, you just walk in and sit down and a server will come to you. They have huge booths to the back corner which are great because we always go in a huge group, usually for foreign people, and I find the servers are very understanding and patient compared to other places over the inevitable miscommunications that occur. I have found this place gets a little busy from time to time, so service does slow down, but is still not as bad as other places in guelph. the atmostphere is not bad, but it does get very very very noisy! Their promo on Buy one Get one Free Fajhitas is to die for! Enough food for 6 people easily, and it tastes amazing. Lire plus

Decided to take my grandma out for dinner and thought that the Diana would provide enough variety to keep us all happy (grandma as well as our young children). We had an earlier reservation, but even as the restaurant got busier, the service was good and attentive. Our girls decided on the cheesy pasta (kids option). It came super quick and was served at an appropriate temperature for them to dig in immediately. So many restaurants place piping hot food in front of kids. I also ordered a side of steamed broccoli for the girls. While my kids gobbled it up, my only suggestion is that they work on it a bit. Seemed a little bit like pasta in milk with shredded cheese. But, as I said, my kids gobbled it up. I had calamari and a greek salad (both appetizers), my husband had the lamb medallions, grandma had the halibut and her partner had the vegetable pasta. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The Diana offers an amazing variety (greek salad, pasta, steak, curries, etc) and we continue to go there as our default Guelph restaurant. In fact, we will be going back there for breakfast tomorrow morning with more family! Their chai is delicious! :) Lire plus
