I had a problem with a waterline that Shawn came to quote on. Due to other commitments he was unable to take the job. After the quote Shawn returned later that day to mark out some underground service and he also want to look at the issue in more depth. Turned out Shand helped me find the issue and it did not require a big excavation as originally thought. Shawn's diligence and help saved me $$$. Shawn went above and beyond my expectations. Totally awesome guy!!!I called to get my lines unthawed and even though he was totally booked he gave me free advice to plug in my heat tape and voila. plus he probably saved me from a housefire as other firms told me to put a heater under my house which apparently is NOT a good idea.Thank you sooooo much!

Our hot water tank gave out and flooded our basement over the weekend. The first appointment wasn’t until Tuesday but mainline assured me that they would get the work done on Monday and make sure we had hot water.
Not only did the techs stay super late on a Monday night to make it happen, Mainlines price was $200 cheaper than their competition.
I will not hesitate to recommend Mainline. Prompt service and fair price!
