We live in a remote location where no one wanted to come and repair our washing machine. I got a hold of Scott and he came to our location. He saw the problem right away and ordered the part. The very next day he was back up and repaired our washing machine. He was quick, honest, and very helpful. We will highly recommend Scotts Appliance Repair to all our friends and family. What a great guy! Helped me check things on the phone before coming out. He made sure he had most parts that might need replacing after we spoke. Very reasonable service call and labour charges. Will call upon him again if the need arises. Would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!

Jiri has helped us out multiple times and we are very happy with his service. Today I called as our dryer wasn’t working properly and Jiri came over with the part and had it fixed within 2 hours of my initial call. Awesome service, highly recommend!!!!

Was super helpful in walking me through some basic testing to isolate the problem. Picked up a universal repair kit and installed it myself, all thanks to their help. Freezer is back up and running

Same day service. I called in the morning about the problem. He came to the house and diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part needed for the repair. He was very friendly, and easy to talk to.
