Fantastic, the Curves Coaches are very knowledgeable and well trained. The gym was immaculate and easy to understand the fitness routine... there is always a Coach available to assist in the circuit... and they have classes!! Low impact things like yoga and balance, body specific training for arms/core/legs and higher intensity workouts that include cardio, boxing and HIIT!! A gym for all women of all abilities... you are welcomed and feel supported when surrounded with like minded-women...HomeLire plus
